Alexandrina was one of the keynote speakers in the main programme of the 16th edition of the HR and Leadership Forum organised by Capital in Sofia on October 31.

In her presentation “CSR – A Benefit for Both the Business and its People” she spoke about CSR and employee engagement, but also about the impact that a company could have on the sustainable development of the community.

“When CSR is done right, a community is created within the company. The employees get to know the cause closely, witness its work and development and become part of the positive change. But they also feel a sense of delight and pride that their company is involved in making a difference and they are an integral part of it.” Mrs. Dimitrova shared.

In her presentation Mrs. Dimitrova drew attention to the fact that while the corporate donations worldwide increased for 2018, we recorded drop of corporate donations in Bulgaria for 2018 despite positive economic factors.

More than 600 participants – CEOs, HR professionals and IT professionals, representatives of consulting companies, recruitment agencies, public administration, PR specialists and the NGO sector participated in the event which focused on the future of work and work processes.
