Since September 1, 2013, The Cedar Foundation has partnered with the American organization Orphan Sponsorship International (OSI) in pursuit of our common mission – to provide a better life for disadvantaged people.

Together, we developed the program “Sponsor a Child” for the children we care for in our small group homes in Kyustendil and Kazanlak. The sponsorship of one child is 80 BGN per month and the entire amount is used only for the child’s needs.

The sponsorship enhances the individuality of each child and covers needs such as clothing, school/educational materials, transport, and fun stuff such as birthday gifts, excursions and events. In short, it provides funds for each child to feel loved and be treated as a person.
