Shared moments with new partners

At the end of November at our Social Rehabilitation and Integration Centre in Kyustendil, we welcomed guests from Lead2Lid.
The company is our partner and has repeatedly donated funds for important projects of the foundation. Thanks to them we had the opportunity to purchase a brand new car for the needs of our social services in Kazanlak.

On one of the last sunny days of the month, they visited us in Kyustendil, we told them about our work and with great interest they visited our specialized rooms for kinesiotherapy, speech therapy, art therapy and sensory room, and met some of the young people we work with. Afterwards, together we went to see cultural and historical places in the city that are beloved by the youth.

First, we visited the house museum of Dimitar Peshev and learned about his biography and the importance of his work not just for the city of Kyustendil, but for an entire community of Bulgarians during World War II. Then we watched a film about the life and work of Vladimir Dimitrov-Maistora in the eponymous gallery in the city and explored the exposition of the artist Stoyan Venev.

As a finale and the strongest form of bonding, we shared a meal and discussed our future joint initiatives.

We would like to thank our Lead2Lid partners for the time we shared and their support and commitment to our cause. Together we are changing lives!
