The 18th Ball of German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce supported the Cedar Foundation’s cause for the second consecutive year.
The funds raised during the event will be invested in social inclusion activities for our children and young adults over the next 12 months. The activities include cultural and social events that facilitate the smoother and more balanced inclusion of our children and young adults in the community’s daily life. Going to the theater, cinema, concerts or sports initiatives are common activities for most of us. For the people with disabilities, however, these are special moments marked by a lot of passion and enthusiasm. Those moments make the children and young adults with disabilities feel happy and satisfied, valued.
The Ball took place on November 11th in Sofia Event Center under the patronage of the German Ambassador in Bulgaria – Herbert Salber. The event gathered nearly 400 people from the business and political circles. The program during the evening included performances by Backhaus music company (BMC), the famous magician Andreas and the ballet dance studio Expose.
